Change Password
Go to "My UBIDUGO" and click "Change Password" . Then follow the on-screen instructions.
Forgot Password or Username
Click the "Forgot Password?" link under the login and follow the on-screen instructions. When you reset your password, the email will display your username. From here you will click a link to reset your password.
Change or Add New Address
Go to "My UBIDUGO," click on "Edit Profile". This page allows you to change your billing addresses along with other account information.
Where can I check my Bids Account?
Go to "My UBIDUGO" and visit the My Bids section. Here you will find your breakdown of Voucher Bids and Real Bids. Voucher Bids are bids that were given to you by a promotion won or if you used the Buy-It-Now in a Bid Voucher auction. All Voucher Bids have an expiration date. Real Bids are purchased for just $0.60 per bid and are available in Bid Packs.
Change Email Address
In order to change your email address, please contact customerservice@UBIDUGO.com, and we will be happy to make this change. Unfortunately, your username cannot be changed. When registering, please avoid choosing a username that could offend other users as your username will be visible to other users. If you notice a username that is offensive, please contact our Customer Support and we will work on changing it. Please contact our Customer Service team if your name has changed. Go to "My UBIDUGO" and click "Won Auctions" We're sorry to hear you want to leave us! If you have a concern you wish to address before deactivating your account, please contact customerservice@UBIDUGO.com, and we will do anything we can to make your experience at UBIDUGO more enjoyable.
